Is the pepperoni really halal?
Yes. The plant is certified by the Halal Standard Committee of DUM RT, certificate #614A/2024. There is no pork, no pork fat and no alcohol anywhere in the production. We send a copy of the certificate together with the price list.
What meat is this pepperoni made from?
The base is halal chicken meat. Beef and horse meat pepperoni are also available: state your preferred raw material in the enquiry.
Does the pepperoni curl when baked?
No. The product is heat-stable: the meat density and the casing are tuned so the slice stays flat instead of cupping. This is a key pizzeria requirement, and we offer to test samples in your own oven before any contract.
What is the shelf life and storage temperature?
360 days at –18°C frozen. Once defrosted, an unopened pack keeps for 120 hours at +4°C, and 72 hours at +4°C after opening. Defrost for 2–6 hours at up to +4°C.
Do you ship to my country?
We work with importers in Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Belarus, Azerbaijan, Armenia, Georgia and Tajikistan. The default basis is EXW Kazan, other terms are negotiable. Route and lead time are calculated for your specific city.
What is the minimum order?
The minimum volume depends on the country, the route and the slicing format — it is agreed individually. A trial batch and free samples are possible for testing.
Can you produce under our own brand?
Yes, private label is available. We adjust the meat composition, heat level, slice diameter and thickness, pack size from 0.5 to 5 kg, and the label and marking to your brand.
