Kazan Delicacies LLC is a manufacturer of halal meat products and traditional Tatar pastries based in Kazan, Republic of Tatarstan. The company produces 77 product items: Pepperoni, sausages, ham, smoked meats, burger patties, as well as Tatar pastries — Gubadiya, Echpochmak, samsa, and Chak-chak.
Is all of your production Halal-certified?
Yes, all products are Halal-certified. Production is carried out under the supervision of the Halal Standards Committee of DUM RT (Spiritual Administration of Muslims of Tatarstan).
Where can I buy Kazan Delicacies products?
What is the shelf life of your products?
Frozen products (–18°C) — 180–360 days. Refrigerated products (0–6°C) — 30 days. Pastries — 60 to 360 days. Chak-chak — 60 days at temperatures up to +18°C.
Do you offer delivery and export?
Yes, we ship on EXW Kazan terms. Export to Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Belarus, and Azerbaijan. Prices in 7 currencies: RUB, USD, KZT, UZS, KGS, BYN, AZN.
What is halal pepperoni made from?
From beef and chicken (classic) or from horse meat. Unlike traditional pepperoni made from pork, our product is fully Halal-compliant. Available in cooked-smoked and dry-cured varieties, sliced or as a whole stick.
What types of Tatar pastries do you produce?
Gubadiya with kort, Echpochmak with beef and potato, peremyach, samsa (with chicken and with beef), elesh with chicken, Chak-chak. Also classic pastries: pies, sochnik, muffins, croissants.
Do you have an API for catalog integration?
What sausage varieties do you produce?
Frozen grill sausages for hot dogs (7 flavors) and refrigerated sausages (9 varieties). All Halal-certified.
What is Kazylyk?
Kazylyk is a traditional horse meat sausage, a delicacy of Tatar cuisine. We produce Kazylyk Premium in gift packaging (200 g, 650 ₽) and sliced (100 g, 450 ₽).
Do your products contain pork?
No. We use only beef, horse meat, and poultry (chicken, turkey). Our products contain no GMOs and no transglutaminase (meat glue). Halal certificate #614A/2024 (DUM RT).

Can Pepperoni be frozen?
Yes. Halal Pepperoni is specially designed to be freezer-friendly and oven-ready — it retains its shape and does not curl when baked. Storage: 90 days at –18°C. After thawing, an unopened package keeps for 120 hours at +4°C.
Do you sell to individual consumers?
Not directly from the factory. The company operates B2B (HoReCa, retail, distributors). Individual consumers can purchase products at retail stores (EuroSpar, Bekhtle) or at Tatneft gas stations.
