We are a full-cycle halal contract manufacturer based in Kazan, Russia. Under your own store brand (private label) we produce meat products, frozen semi-finished goods, pizza and foodservice toppings, Tatar and classic bakery, and pastry. Cooked sausages, frankfurters, wieners; semi-smoked and cooked-smoked sausages; raw-smoked and dry-cured; delicacies (pastrami, basturma, balyk, carbonade, brisket, neck, roulades); hams (in casing, moulded, pressed); brawn, pâtés, liver products; snacks (meat sticks, jerky, chips); kupaty and grill sausages. Raw materials: halal beef, lamb, horse meat, poultry.

🍖 Raw meat

Minced meat (beef, lamb, chicken, blends); portioned cuts (steaks, goulash, azu, marinated kebab); chopped semi-finished products (cutlets, burger patties, meatballs, lyulya, kupaty); dumplings, manti, chebureki, khinkali (raw frozen); large-cut primals for HoReCa.

  1. Brief & specificationYou describe the product: category, format, weight, composition, retail requirements, packaging. We sign an NDA.
  2. Samples & tastingWe produce 2–3 recipe variants. Your technologist and buyer approve the final flavour.
  3. Label & documentsYour designer prepares artwork to our format. We issue the EAEU declaration, halal certificate, test reports.
  4. Industrial batchFirst batch from 500 kg/mo. Shipment EXW Kazan or to the Lyubertsy warehouse. Veterinary certificates via Mercury/Vetis.
  5. Serial supplyA 6–12 month contract. Stable recipe, single price, consistent taste batch to batch.

What is the difference between Private Label and White Label?

White Label is our ready product with your label (fastest start). Private Label (SBM) is a product to your specification and packaging. OEM is full-cycle production to your spec. Co-development is joint creation of a new recipe from scratch.

What is the minimum order (MOQ)?

Pilot from 500 kg per SKU. Serial 2–5 t/mo. Several SKUs can be combined in one batch.

Do you only produce halal?

Yes, 100% halal on all lines (certified by the Spiritual Board of Muslims of Tatarstan). In bakery and pastry, meat fillings — ham and bacon — are made only from halal beef and poultry. This removes the need for a second assortment matrix.

How long does a private-label launch take?

Sample in 7–14 days. From brief and spec to first shipment — 4–8 weeks depending on product and packaging.

We are a meat processor. Can we supply our own raw material?

Yes, we work on a toll-manufacturing basis (OEM). You deliver raw material with an agreed veterinary certificate — we produce, pack and return the finished product with our certificates.

What documents do you provide?

EAEU declaration (TR CU 021/2011), halal certificate, Mercury/Vetis veterinary certificates, test reports, HACCP and ISO 22000:2018.
