R&D and recipe development

Technologists and R&D build the product for your task: from adapting an existing recipe to creating a new SKU from scratch (Co-development). We tune composition, spice level (mild / medium / spicy), slice size and calibre, weight and pack format (0.5 to 5 kg). The result is a stable recipe fixed in the spec and a consistent taste batch to batch.
