Frequently asked questions
Is the pepperoni really halal?
Yes. The plant is certified by the Halal Standard Committee of DUM RT, certificate #614A/2024. There is no pork, no pork fat and no alcohol anywhere in the production. We send a copy of the certificate together with the price list.
What meat is this pepperoni made from?
The base is halal chicken meat (KD-013 sliced, KD-014 whole stick). If you need a different raw material, state it in the enquiry and we will discuss a custom run.
Does the pepperoni curl when baked?
No. The product is heat-stable: the meat density and the casing are tuned so the slice stays flat instead of cupping. This is a key pizzeria requirement, and we offer to test samples in your own oven before any contract.
What is the shelf life and storage temperature?
360 days at –18°C frozen. Storage conditions after defrosting and after opening are stated on the label and in the batch specification — we send them together with the price list.
Do you ship to my country?
Current export directions are Kazakhstan, Belarus and Uzbekistan. The plant is also attested by Rosselkhoznadzor for supplies to Kyrgyzstan, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia and Tajikistan — these directions are opened on request. The default basis is EXW Kazan, other terms are negotiable. Route and lead time are calculated for your specific city.
What is the minimum order?
Minimum order — one pallet; a mixed pallet of several SKUs is possible and volumes are calculated in pallet multiples. Route, lead time and samples are agreed individually — samples are usually free.
Can you produce under our own brand?
Yes, private label is available — minimum run from 5 tonnes. We adjust the meat composition, heat level, slice diameter and thickness, pack weight, and the label and marking to your brand.
Which documents do you provide for import?
The DUM RT halal certificate, the EAEU declaration of conformity, technical specifications, veterinary accompanying documents, the product specification and marking adapted to the importing country's requirements.
