HALAL — certified by DUM RTООО «Казанские Деликатесы» LLC (TIN 1686021074, PSRN 1221600096893) is a manufacturer of halal meat products, semi-finished goods, and traditional Tatar pastries. Production is located at the Agro-Industrial Park "Kazan", Republic of Tatarstan.
Products are made from beef, horse meat, chicken, and turkey. Pork is never used. Products are free from GMOs and transglutaminase (meat glue).
Quality control system — HACCP (control at every stage of production).

All products are certified Halal by the Halal Standards Committee of the Spiritual Administration of Muslims of the Republic of Tatarstan (DUM RT). Certificate #614A/2024. Every product bears the Halal mark.
The company has also obtained a certificate of compliance with the requirements of the Customs Union (Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Belarus, Armenia + Uzbekistan).
Tatneft gas station chain — our halal hot dog sausages and burger patties are featured at all Tatneft stations; in selected stations in the region we also supply Tatar pastries (echpochmak, peremyach, samsa).
Private Label "Aslam" for OMPK JSC (Ostankino meat plant) — we produce a halal product line under the "Aslam" brand for one of Russia's largest meat processors.
Retail chains — EuroSpar and Bahetle in Kazan, Metro Cash & Carry (federal cash & carry), Miratorg supermarkets (our Tatar pastries on the shelves).
HoReCa & corporate catering — Kazan Helicopter Plant (corporate catering), federal foodservice distributors GFC and SweetLife, fuel-station operator SMARTEN.
Private Label / CTM — we manufacture products under the customer's brand. Flexible recipes: composition, spice level (mild / medium / spicy), cut size, and packaging from 0.5 to 5 kg. From 500 kg/month.
Products are available at EuroSpar and Bahetle supermarkets in Kazan, at all Tatneft gas stations (hot dog sausages and burger patties; in selected stations — Tatar pastries), at Metro Cash & Carry, and on the shelves of Miratorg supermarkets (Tatar pastries). In HoReCa (restaurants, hotels, pizzerias) — through foodservice distributors GFC and SweetLife.
Target audience: B2B (HoReCa, retail chains, distributors, fuel stations). Direct sales to individuals are available only through retail stores.
Delivery terms: EXW Kazan, Russia (Incoterms 2020). Pickup from the warehouse in Kazan.
Regular routes: Moscow (weekly), Tatarstan (own delivery to distribution centers), Saint Petersburg, Bashkortostan (Ufa), Yekaterinburg, Samara, Saratov, Volgograd, Dagestan, Chechnya.
