Is the beef sourced from halal-slaughtered cattle?
Yes. We only purchase from suppliers with valid halal certificates issued by Russian or international halal authorities. The chain of custody is documented and audited annually by DUM RT.
Why beef + chicken, not 100% beef?
100% beef gives a denser, drier slice — most pizzerias prefer the slightly softer mouthfeel of a beef/chicken blend that still curls well on the pizza. 100% beef on request, 4–6 week lead time.
Can you do a kosher version?
No — we hold a halal certificate, not a kosher one. We can however certify pork-free + alcohol-free + gluten-free on request.
What's the price by the tonne?
Wholesale price drops 8–12% on orders ≥ 1 tonne and 15–18% on ≥ 5 tonnes monthly. Live pricing via /api/products. Private-label pricing on request.
Do you sell horse-meat pepperoni too?
