Why Kazan specifically?

Is the product 100 % made in Russia?
Yes. Cattle and poultry are sourced from halal-certified farms in Tatarstan and neighbouring regions (Mari El, Bashkortostan). Meat processing, smoking, packaging and labelling all happen in our Kazan facility.
Why not import from Turkey or UAE?
Many of our GCC and CIS buyers specifically prefer Russian halal because (1) Russian wheat-fed beef has a distinct flavour profile that Italian-style pizza pepperoni benefits from, (2) Russian production economics give a 15–25% price advantage vs. Turkish equivalents, (3) the long-tradition halal infrastructure in Tatarstan is comparable to anywhere in the GCC.
