Halal export from the Kazan plant

Current shipments — CIS. Gulf — preparation. Certificate recognition is not the same as a completed shipment.

CIS export Gulf — preparing

Today we ship to Kazakhstan, Belarus and Uzbekistan. Prices are EXW Kazan; the minimum order is one pallet. Supplies to the Gulf states are at the preparation stage: the halal document pack is ready and the Rosselkhoznadzor export permit is being obtained. The lists below separate where the DUM RT certificate is recognised from where the plant is attested in Cerberus — neither list means we already export there.

1. Countries recognizing the halal certificate

Products are certified by the Halal Standards Committee of DUM RT (certificate #614A/2024). The body's international listings — SMIIC, GSO/GCC, JAKIM (Malaysia), EIAC (UAE) — are shown in the body's profile at halalrt.ru. According to the committee, the certificate is valid in the following countries:

Gulf states

Status (Sep 2026): supplies to the Gulf states are at the preparation stage. The halal document package is ready and the Rosselkhoznadzor export permit is being obtained; preliminary enquiries are welcome. Current export directions — Kazakhstan, Belarus, Uzbekistan.
