The halal products market for HoReCa is growing. More and more pizzerias, restaurants, and food trucks are looking for quality halal pepperoni that does not curl during baking and maintains a presentable appearance.
Pepperoni from Kazan Delicacies is a thermostable product made from chicken, beef, and horse meat, specially developed for professional kitchens. Slices of proper round shape (diameter 50-55 mm) do not deform at temperatures up to 350°C.
Products are available in sticks and sliced — cooked-smoked and dry-cured options. Made in Tatarstan, HACCP system.

Our pepperoni is already supplied to the federal chain Metro Cash & Carry, to HoReCa across Russia through foodservice distributors GFC and SvitLife, as well as to chain pizzerias. We also produce halal Private Label Aslam for Ostankino Meat Processing Plant. We work with Tatneft gas station chain on other items — halal hot dog sausages and hamburger patties (pepperoni is not supplied to gas stations).
