Returns & Refunds

These terms govern returns and exchanges of products manufactured by Kazan Delicacies LLC (TIN 1655504520, Kazan, Agrarnaya St. 2, Russia). We are a manufacturer of halal meat products and Tatar pastries, serving wholesale buyers (HoReCa, retail chains, distributors).

1. General Provisions

Under Russian food safety regulations, food products of adequate quality cannot be returned. Returns are only accepted in cases of manufacturing defects or non-conformity with declared specifications.

2. Manufacturing Defects

• Quality claims must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving the goods.
• Photo/video evidence of the defect, packaging, and batch number (printed on label) is required.
• Upon confirmation of a defect, we provide a replacement or refund within 5 business days.
• Defect examples: broken packaging, weight discrepancy, off-odor, mold, temperature breach caused by manufacturer.

3. Cold Chain Compliance

All products require strict temperature control during transport and storage. Claims will not be accepted if the cold chain was broken by the buyer or carrier. Frozen products: –18°C. Chilled products: 0…+4°C. Bakery: –18°C (frozen).

4. Return Procedure

• Submit your claim to info@pepperoni.tatar with subject "Product Return".
• Include: order/invoice number, SKU, quantity, description of the issue, and photo evidence.
• Our manager will review within 1 business day and arrange a replacement or refund.
• For confirmed defects, return shipping costs are covered by the seller.

5. Wholesale Terms

Wholesale buyers are governed by separate supply agreement terms. Returns of large batches are handled on a case-by-case basis. We guarantee the quality of every batch — our facility is HACCP and ISO 22000 certified.
