Pepperoni, beef bacon, halal ham and sausages — calibrated, oven-ready slices for Medan's pizzerias, dark kitchens and HoReCa chains. Manufactured in Tatarstan, Russia, by a dedicated halal facility with zero pork in the entire production line.
Request a Wholesale QuoteMedan is North Sumatra's culinary powerhouse — home to over 12,000 food service outlets and a Muslim-majority population that demands strict halal compliance on every ingredient that goes onto a pizza. For pizzerias and HoReCa operators here, sourcing halal toppings that actually perform in a 300 °C deck oven has historically been a challenge. Pepperoni Tatar by Kazan Delicacies was built to solve exactly that: industrial-grade halal pizza toppings, sliced to spec, thermally stable, and backed by internationally recognised certifications.
Calibrated on industrial slicers to uniform thickness — toppings retain fat distribution, colour and bite at 300–350 °C. No burnt edges, no dried-out discs after 8 minutes in a deck oven.
Entire factory processes only beef, chicken and horse meat. DUM RT certificate #614A/2024. No cross-contamination risk — critical for Indonesia's BPJPH-regulated market.
Vacuum-sealed trays and bulk catering packs (1–5 kg) designed for kitchen workflow. Shelf life optimised for 35–45-day sea freight to Indonesian ports — arrives ready to use.
Indonesian food brands and pizza chains can order under their own label. Custom recipe, slice thickness, seasoning profile and packaging — all adjustable to your specification.
No sodium nitrite, no GMO, no artificial colours. Full ingredient traceability under ISO 22000:2018 — a growing requirement for premium pizza brands in Medan's competitive F&B scene.
Active shipments to GCC, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan and Africa. Pricing available in 7 currencies. Full export documentation: veterinary certificates, halal declarations, EUR 1, COO.
Kazan Delicacies was founded in 2022 in Kazan — the capital of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Muslim capital of Russia. The city has been the centre of Islamic culture in the Russian Federation for centuries, which means halal manufacturing here is not a marketing claim but a deeply embedded operational standard. From day one, the factory was designed as a dedicated halal facility: no pork ever enters the premises, and every production batch is traceable from farm to slice.
The Pepperoni Tatar brand grew out of a specific problem: pizzerias across Russia and the CIS were struggling to find halal pepperoni that behaved like real pepperoni in the oven — curling slightly, releasing fat evenly, staying moist. We engineered our beef pepperoni recipe and slicing parameters to match exactly that performance profile. Today we supply OMPK (Ostankino Meat Plant) under the "Aslam" private label, Tatneft petrol station chains, EuroSpar, Bahetle and Metro — and we're bringing the same industrial-grade product to Southeast Asia.

Yes — this is our core technical differentiator. Our toppings are formulated and sliced specifically for pizza oven conditions, retaining colour, texture and fat distribution at 300–350 °C without burning edges or drying out. We have validated this with pizzeria operators in Russia and the GCC, and the performance is consistent across different oven types including wood-fired and conveyor ovens common in Medan's F&B scene.
Absolutely. We manufacture under client brands (SBM/private label) with custom recipes, slice formats and packaging. Indonesian food brands, pizza chains and retail buyers are welcome to discuss OEM cooperation — minimum volumes, lead times and branding options are all negotiable.
