Request a Quote View CertificatesJeddah is the commercial gateway of Saudi Arabia — a city of 4.7 million people, home to the Kingdom's largest seaport, and a hub for food importers supplying the entire western region. With over 18,000 restaurants, fast-food outlets, and hotel kitchens operating in a 100% halal market, demand for consistent, professionally packed frozen bakery is not a niche — it is a baseline requirement. Our halal baked goods wholesale range — classic pirozhki, chebureki, and samsa — is engineered precisely for this segment: high-volume HoReCa kitchens that need reliable supply, documented compliance, and products that perform on a busy service line. Every batch shipped to Jeddah leaves our Kazan facility with a full certification package and cold-chain integrity from production to Islamic Port.
Six reasons backed by numbers, not marketing language.
Certificate DUM RT #614A/2024 issued by the Spiritual Board of Muslims of the Republic of Tatarstan. Document set includes Arabic-language halal declaration and veterinary certificates accepted by Saudi customs authorities.
ISO 22000:2018 and HACCP are not wall decorations in our facility — they define 14 critical control points from raw material intake to blast freezing. Each production lot is traceable by batch number. Third-party audits conducted annually.
Extended shelf life is engineered through blast freezing within 40 minutes of production — no sodium nitrite, no artificial preservatives. Jeddah distributors gain a comfortable 8–10 month sales window after arrival.
Products are packed in vacuum-sealed gastronorm-compatible trays and master cartons optimised for commercial freezer storage. Portion weight options: 75 g, 100 g, 150 g — agreed with the chef at order stage. Private Label available with Arabic labeling.
Regular reefer container shipments from Novorossiysk to Jeddah Islamic Port. Full cold-chain documentation: CMR, packing list, certificate of origin, halal certificates — all prepared before vessel departure. Air freight available for pilot orders.
Saudi retail and HoReCa buyers increasingly require transparent ingredient declarations. Our самса халяль оптом and pirozhki contain no GMO ingredients, no artificial colors, and no sodium nitrite — facts confirmed by laboratory analysis on each production run.
