Premium kazylyk (horse sausage)
Premium Kazylyk – traditional Tatar horse sausage for Abuja restaurants, halal certified
Abuja’s HoReCa sector — over 9,000 restaurants, hotels and caterers — serves a growing Muslim population of 100+ million in northern Nigeria. Yet authentic halal delicacies from Central Asia are almost absent. Kazylyk (air-dried horse sausage) fills that gap: a premium protein with deep umami, no nitrite, and full traceability from Tatarstan. We ship directly from Kazan to Lagos port (30–40 days sea freight), with all halal and veterinary documentation.

Abuja import & halal FAQ
📦 How long does sea freight to Lagos take? What about Abuja delivery?
Direct from St Petersburg to Lagos: 30–40 days. After customs clearance, we use a bonded truck to Abuja (3–5 days). Total door-to-door ~45 days. We provide tracking.
🕌 Is kazylyk halal for Nigerian Sunni/Shafi’i consumers?
Yes. Horse meat is halal (mubah) in Hanafi and Shafi’i schools. Our DUM RT certificate follows the strictest standards: hand-slaughter, Tasmiyah, no stunning. We also provide a letter from Mufti of Tatarstan.
📋 What is the minimum order quantity for Abuja restaurants?
B2B minimum 200 kg per SKU. For first trial we offer a 50 kg sample box (vacuum packs, 12 months shelf life). We recommend starting with 200 kg mix of original and black pepper.
🏷️ Can I get private label with my brand and Hausa text?
Absolutely. MOQ 500 kg. We design label in English, Arabic or Hausa. Re-certification under your brand costs $150 per SKU. Lead time 3 weeks.
🧪 How do you guarantee no sodium nitrite?
We use only sea salt and natural spices. Each batch is tested by an independent lab (Eurofins) for nitrite, heavy metals, and microbiology. Certificate of analysis included with every shipment.
